This is my 4th tattoo. I chose to get a Phoenix as a symbolic piece for my mother. Despite the hardships that she’s faced throughout her life, despite getting knocked down and turned away, she still got up and made a name for herself. She’s makes me proud, and I hope I do the same for her.
